This Cookie Policy ("Cookie Policy") explains how EdgeRecall ("EdgeRecall", "we", "us", or "our") uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies when you use our website and the EdgeRecall web application (the "Service").

This Cookie Policy applies together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small files or records that a website stores on your device through your browser. They help the website work, maintain your session, remember settings, and understand how the product is used.

We may also use local storage and session storage. These technologies are similar to cookies, but the data is usually stored inside your browser and is not automatically sent with every request.

2. Technologies we use

EdgeRecall uses the following categories of technologies:

  • strictly necessary cookies and storage - required for account sign-in, security, session management, interface language, and remembering your cookie choices;
  • analytics cookies and storage - help us understand how users move through trade entry, import, analytics, AI review, and other product flows.

We do not use advertising cookies to sell your private trading data. We do not sell your private trading records.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

Strictly necessary cookies and storage are required for the Service to work. Without them, account sign-in, session maintenance, account protection, language selection, or saving cookie preferences may not work correctly.

These technologies include, for example:

When you first visit EdgeRecall, you may choose to:

  • accept all cookies;
  • use strictly necessary cookies only;
  • open settings and save your selected option.

You can change your choice by clearing cookies or local storage in your browser. After that, the cookie banner may appear again.

If you disable analytics cookies, the core functions of the Service will continue to work, but we will receive less information for improving the product.

6. Server logs and required telemetry

Even if you choose strictly necessary cookies only, we may process certain technical data on the server where necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, enforce the Terms of Use, or comply with law.

Such data may include IP address, request date and time, sign-in events, errors, security events, import events, and technical product events. More details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party providers

We may use infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, AI, email, or other service providers that help us provide the Service. These providers may process technical data, cookies, or similar identifiers only as part of providing the relevant services to us, unless otherwise stated in our Privacy Policy or the provider's terms.

If we add new analytics tools, advertising technologies, or third-party cookies in the future, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required by law, request consent.

8. Managing cookies in your browser

You can manage cookies through your browser settings: delete cookies, block cookies, clear local storage, or restrict site data storage.

If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Service may not work correctly or may become unavailable.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as through the website, in-app notice, or email.
